The program which highlighted the effort of the Agriculture Minister toward the development of rubber in Liberia. The honoring program came as the result of a significant turning point in the Liberian rubber industry emphasizing fair price thereby strengthening local processing and discouraging raw rubber export. In response to honoring program, Minister Nuetah encourage rubber farmer to process rubber locally rather than exporting raw rubber which will increase job opportunity for Liberia.
