  • Beginning in 2023, extension field technicians (4 Supervisors and 7 agricultural technicians) have been assigned to 8 counties– Bomi, Gbarpolu, Margibi, Montserrado, Bong, Nimba, G/Basa, and Rivercess;
  • 11 bud wood and rootstock nurseries have been established;
  • Farmers are benefiting from knowledge gained from the nurseries sites as well as visitations of the field tech;
  • Bud-grafting to begin soon for production of approx. 100,000 stumps.
